Subscription Fees - The subscription fees are set forth on the web site for the MarketDelta® software and may be amended at MarketDelta's sole discretion from time to time without notice and are payable monthly in advance by credit card. Annual subscriptions are renewed annually unless otherwise cancelled 2 weeks prior to renewal date.

Trials - No billing under use of free trial. Billing begins after user signs up for the monthly subscription. Other than during use under trial period, you will be billed upon signup and automatically until you cancel. There is a limit of one (1) trial offer per customer.

Monthly Subscribers - You must cancel before your next billing cycle in order to prevent automatic and recurring billing of your subscription. You agree to provide to MarketDelta® the right to debit your credit card monthly in advance for all Service provided to you. You may cancel at any time, but fees paid will not be pro-rated back to subscriber. Cancellations must be received 2 weeks prior to renewal date to guarantee cancellation.

Quarterly Subscribers - You agree to provide to MarketDelta® the right to debit your credit card quarterly in advance for all Service provided to you. You may cancel at any time, but fees paid will not be pro-rated back to subscriber. Cancellations must be received 2 weeks prior to renewal date to guarantee cancellation.

Annual Subscribers - You agree to provide to MarketDelta the right to debit your credit card annually in advance for all Service provided to you.
